1. Who we are
The data controller and seller of the SitePilot service is SCE-SEA Consultancy LLC, Vincom Center Đồng Khởi, L17-11, Floor 17, 72 Lê Thánh Tôn, Bến Nghé Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (tax code 0319320928). Contact for privacy matters: sitepilot@adexus.app.
2. What we collect
Order form: your name, email address, business name, sector, description of products or services, target customers, website goals, style and language preferences, example websites, description of available materials, free-text project details, the package and template you choose, and the order reference, date and price.
Uploaded materials: logos, photographs and documents (JPG, PNG, WebP, PDF, DOCX, TXT or ZIP; up to 10 files, 5 MB each, 25 MB in total) that you choose to send for your website.
Correspondence and payment status: emails exchanged with you and the status of your order. Payment is made by bank transfer: we do not collect card data, and we only record whether a transfer has been verified.
Please do not send passwords, identity documents, sensitive personal data or unrelated third-party data.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
We use your data to assess and perform your website order (contract or steps before a contract), to communicate with you and send order updates by email, to verify payments, to keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation), and to protect the service against abuse and keep it secure (legitimate interest). We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it.
4. Your materials stay confidential
Uploaded branding, photographs, business documents and website copy are used only for your commissioned project. We do not publish, reuse or distribute them in advertising, portfolios, social media or work for other customers without your separate, explicit authorization. Materials are not submitted to external AI services or used for AI-model training without your specific prior authorization.
5. Cookies and visitor statistics
This website uses a single session cookie, which is strictly necessary: it protects the order form against forgery and keeps the administrator signed in. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and it is removed when you close your browser.
We also keep first-party, aggregate visit statistics (views per day, visits per page, a broad referrer category such as search or social, and the visitor's country when the hosting network provides it). We do not store IP addresses, email addresses, full URLs or browser identifiers for this purpose. Requests with the "Do Not Track" signal and known bots are not counted.
6. Service providers and third-party content
Hosting and email: Hostinger hosts this website and provides the business mailbox through which we send order emails to you and to ourselves. Bank details: the seller's bank details shown in payment instructions are read from the seller's own ADexus system; your order data is not sent there. Banks: your bank and ours process the transfers you make.
Third-party content: the home page and the example websites load some photographs from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com), and the example websites load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser fetches this content, those providers can see your IP address and basic browser information. The order form itself does not load third-party content.
7. International transfers
Our providers may store or process data on servers outside your country. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers. If you would like more information, contact us at the address above.
8. Security
Uploaded materials are stored in private storage outside the publicly served website folder, are never served as public files, and can be opened only by authorized administrators after sign-in. The administrator area is protected by a password, request-forgery protection and limits on repeated failed sign-ins. The site is served over HTTPS. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. How long we keep data
Uploaded materials are scheduled for deletion by the administrator within 90 days after your project is completed or cancelled, unless we must keep them for a dispute, a legal obligation or support that you have requested. This is a manual administrative process, not an automated deletion mechanism. Order, payment and invoicing records are kept for as long as accounting, tax and other laws require, and for as long as needed to handle claims. Emails are kept for as long as needed to manage your order and any follow-up.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to sitepilot@adexus.app; we will reply within a reasonable time and normally within 30 days. Some data must be kept for legal reasons. You also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority of the country where you live or work, or to the competent authority in Vietnam.
11. Children
SitePilot is a business service and is not directed to children.
12. Changes
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here with a new date.
