1. Service packages and scope
Starter — €99: one page, one revision round. Business — €150: up to three pages, two revision rounds. Pro — €220: up to six pages, three revision rounds. Unless the accepted quotation says otherwise, the service covers a responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript website, basic on-page SEO, integration of supplied copy and images, a standard contact presentation and delivery suitable for compatible hosting. SitePilot is offered to businesses and professionals.
The package does not include domain registration, hosting subscription fees, ongoing maintenance, paid third-party tools, custom applications, advanced integrations, online payments/e-commerce, content writing, legal notices or legal compliance services unless expressly quoted in writing. Any PHP or custom functionality must be agreed separately.
2. Order acceptance and work commencement
An online request is an enquiry until SitePilot confirms the scope, availability, price, timeline and payment instructions. Work begins only after written order acceptance, confirmation of receipt of the initial payment, and receipt of reasonably necessary content and specifications. Any proposed delivery date depends on timely client feedback and materials.
3. Prices, payments and transfer verification
Prices are in euros. Payment is made in two instalments by bank transfer: 50% before work begins and 50% after approval of the preview and before delivery of final files or final deployment. For Starter, these instalments are €49.50 each; for Business, €75 each; for Pro, €110 each. Payment is recorded as received only after manual verification of funds, not when a transfer receipt is submitted. SitePilot provides the bank details and payment reference for each order. Applicable taxes, if any, and invoicing details are stated in the order confirmation and the invoice. Bank charges and currency conversion costs of your bank are yours.
4. Client materials, rights and confidentiality
The client supplies accurate business information, website text, images, logos, approvals and necessary licenses, and confirms the right to provide and publish such content. Materials will be used only to perform the commissioned work under the Privacy & Confidentiality Notice. SitePilot may request clarification or reject material that appears unauthorized, unlawful or unsuitable. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information in the briefing.
5. Preview, revisions and change requests
SitePilot provides a preview for review. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes to the agreed design and content, within the package scope. Unused rounds are not transferable to unrelated future projects. Extra pages, new concepts, substantial redesign, complex features and new content after approval may require a separately accepted quotation. The client must review contact details, text, images, links and other content before approving the final preview.
6. Delivery, ownership and third parties
Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed website deliverables and the rights in original commissioned work as specified in the accepted order, excluding pre-existing SitePilot tools, third-party materials and components subject to separate licenses. Domain and hosting accounts should be held in the client's name. SitePilot is not responsible for third-party outages, hosting renewals or external-service policies. Any deployment support, credentials and post-delivery assistance must be defined in the order confirmation.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Before the initial payment is verified: either party may withdraw at no charge. After the initial payment is verified and before the preview is sent: the client may cancel; the initial payment is refunded less a reasonable amount for work already performed, which will not exceed the amount paid. After the preview has been sent: the initial payment is not refundable, and the second instalment is not due if the order is cancelled before approval. After final delivery: payments are not refundable, except that we will correct, free of charge, defects in the agreed scope reported within 14 days of delivery. If SitePilot cannot or does not proceed with the order, all amounts paid for undelivered work are refunded. Refunds are made by bank transfer, less the transfer charges of the paying bank where they apply. Any mandatory rights under applicable law prevail over these terms.
8. Liability, governing law and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, SitePilot's total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and SitePilot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or the content supplied by the client. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer protections that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and the courts of Ho Chi Minh City have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights the client has in its own country. The parties will first try to resolve any complaint in good faith for 30 days after written notice. Complaints and project queries may be sent to sitepilot@adexus.app.
9. General
These terms, the order confirmation and the Privacy & Confidentiality Notice are the complete agreement for the order. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in force. The terms are provided in English; the English text prevails. We may update these terms for future orders; the version published when you order applies to that order.
